About The Conference Center:
Located inside the SEA Airport, just a short walk from the arrival and departure gates, our modern conference facility offers ample meeting and event space. Located pre-security at the south end of the airport above checkpoint 2 on the mezzanine level, The Conference Center offers five meeting rooms that range in size from 450 to 3,120 square feet, accommodating as few as two people or up to 200 people.
The Conference Center’s room rental rates are inclusive and depend on the room you select and how long you are in the room. Please note that you must include any setup or breakdown time in the rental period. We offer a tiered rate structure; for a detailed proposal, please contact our sales office (Request a Proposal). Room rental rates are a flat charge (no tax or service fees), and most amenities, including audiovisual equipment, Wi-Fi, and parking, are included at no additional cost.
A 10% discount is offered to government and public agencies, Non-Profit Organizations, Associations, Educational Groups, Airlines, and Airport Tenants.
Our friendly and professional staff is highly experienced in the meetings and events industry and will be with you every step of the way to ensure a flawless experience for you and your attendees.
The Conference Center is open Monday through Friday from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm.
